What is Decimated (DIO)?
Decimated is a third-person survival role-playing game built on the Unreal Engine. Decimated is using blockchain technology to manage in-game transactions, digital scarcity, and ownership of virtual items, which will be stored in digital wallets on smartphones.
Decimated will encourage exploration and clearing, loot, quests, and work for rewards. All virtual items from clothing, weapons, construction equipment and technology will have value in the market and can be traded with other players or in virtual shops.
What’s special about Decimated?
The game will be a 3rd person Player vs Environment (PvE) and Player vs Player (PvP) game in an online world, on a planned 64km² map that can be traversed by any means convenient by land, sea and air.
Decimated will be a competitive and cooperative online game. Where the player can choose to play as a human citizen or a cyborg police, on duty to policing the area.
All players will start as human citizens and can be whitelisted to play as cyborg police if they have played the game by the rules and passed their training.
There will be ranks to get promoted to cop, but breaking the law or failing to do your duty will result in being demoted and potentially blacklisting temporarily or permanently from playing on the police side.
Players can enter Decimated’s open world on their own, or team up with other players to search for loot, transport goods or VIPs, collect legal or illegal resources to trade, Hunt legendary creatures, occupy territories and build safe houses for their gang.
The world of Decimated includes a variety of futuristic vehicles that the player can use to traverse the dangerous realms and superhighways of the game. Since in-game items, vehicles, and structures are minted on the blockchain, they remain in the game’s reality unless they are removed or destroyed.
