OPPO A96 5G is the latest smartphone in the A-series, possessing a beautiful design and powerful configuration but at an affordable price.
OPPO has just launched a new mid-range smartphone model in China, called OPPO A96 5G. This is considered as the successor version of OPPO A95 5G, featuring an iPhone-like flat border design and a rear camera cluster inspired by the Reno7 series launched last month.
A96 5G has a 6.43-inch OLED screen with Full HD + resolution (2400 x 1080 pixels), 60Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The screen of the device uses a punch-hole design with a “mole” located in the upper left corner to accommodate the 16MP selfie camera, integrated optical fingerprint sensor to help users unlock easier.
Inside, OPPO A96 5G brings hardware power from Snapdragon 695 processor, combined with Adreno 619 GPU, 8GB RAM and 256GB internal memory, expandable up to 13GB RAM thanks to virtual RAM technology. The device comes pre-installed with Android operating system with ColorOS 12 interface when sold.
Moving to the back, OPPO A96 5G is equipped with a dual camera cluster with a 48MP main sensor and a 2MP depth camera. The device comes with a 4500mAh battery, supports 33W fast charging via USB-C port. In addition, it also has a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom edge.
As expected, OPPO A96 5G will be on sale in China for 1999 yuan (about 7.1 million dong) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM version. This phone has 3 color options: Blue, Pink and Black.
