According to the results of the survey, the respondents do not invest too much in cryptocurrencies. 46% said they have invested $1,000 or less in crypto. 25% say they hold between $1,000 and $10,000 worth of crypto.

Huobi Group’s global chief strategy officer, Jeff Mei, says that 2021 is an important year for cryptocurrencies thanks to the rise of sectors like decentralized finance and NFTs.

“However, we still have a long way to go before mainstream adoption will take place. Once more people take the time to understand the industry and have more clarity on global regulations, we can expect a spike in participation.” he said.
